High Performance Mindfulness (HPM) is a practice developed by Australia’s most respected high-performance mindset coach Emma Murray. 

HPM courses offer step-by-step simple tools to pull you out of the unhelpful thinking that typically sabotages performance and focus on building the mindset that allows you to access and apply your strengths and skills more effectively – especially when under pressure at work, study and life.

Emma Murray is considered one of Australia’s leading mindfulness practitioners and high performance mind coaches.

As a former national-level athlete herself and having studied a Bachelor degree in Communications, majoring in Psychology, Emma has always been passionate about the mind and performance.  With a clear goal to become a coach who can facilitate real and lasting change in people, Emma focussed on expanding her knowledge of evidence-based, human behavioural modalities by becoming an accredited Mindfulness and Meditation Teacher, NLP Master Practitioner and Clinical Hypnotherapist. 

With years of real-life client experience, Emma has gained a reputation of being able to translate the traditional Buddhist practice of mindfulness into relatable, easily followed and understood behavioural tools.  Emma’s High Performance Mindfulness methodology, strategies, exercises and daily practices quickly help people deliver at their best through advanced present moment awareness, improved emotional regulation and enhanced focus.

Considered the “secret weapon” behind Richmond Football Club’s history-making, 2017, 2019 & 2020 AFL Premierships, Emma has also played a pivotal role in Scott McLaughlin’s 2018, 2019 & 2020 Supercar Championship wins and his 2019 Bathurst 1000 win, as well as winning performances on the world and Olympic stage by individual clients in Formula1 development, cycling, gymnastics, cricket, track and field, rowing, basketball, rugby and golf.

But Emma is just as proud and fulfilled by the work she has carried out to help many men and women of all job descriptions and levels be seen and heard in their workplaces… the at home parents she’s helped to find balance in their lives and re-claim their self-worth… the students and young athletes who she’s helped bolster their discipline and self-belief… and the everyday person who she has taught to shift their focus off the fear and doubt and onto their best strengths and attributes.

HPM courses are for anyone looking to develop their mindset and learn practices and strategies that will help them perform better at work, in sport, study and life.

Courses are self-paced and can be completed in 4-8 weeks depending on which course you choose.

Each week you will complete short online video modules. There is no ‘homework’ to be completed, rather you will be given a number of mindset practices to follow and integrate into your day-to-day life.

Yes, there are parts of the course where you’ll be asked to type your responses into an online workbook. It is also recommended you have a pen and paper with you during the course for note taking.

Yes, all video content is captioned.

As you can appreciate Emma is extremely busy working with existing clients and unfortunately doesn’t have the capacity to provide one-on-one coaching. She has however spent significant time to ensure the online HPM program includes everything she teaches her high-profile athletes, corporations and executives so that you can expect to get the most from the program.

Unfortunately, Emma no longer takes appointments or calls. We have created the HPM online courses to be able to share Emma’s teachings with as many people as possible.

The HPM program is an e-learning course designed to provide you with high performance mindset training that will help you perform at your best more often. It is not a mental wellbeing program nor should it be viewed as a substitute for counselling or psychological therapy. The HPM principles have been developed based on the study of mindfulness and over 15 years’ first-hand experience working with elite athletes, corporations, executives and students.
